History of the Company
From Bookkeeping to Cutting-Edge IT Solutions:
In 1982, I founded a humble bookkeeping and tax service company, coinciding with the advent of personal computers in small and mid-sized businesses. Referrals from a local banker introduced me to medical practitioners and dentists, fueling the growth of my business. This marked the beginning of our journey, where client satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals became our cornerstone.
Becoming Experts in Accounting Software:
Driven by a passion for technology, I quickly became an expert in accounting software, particularly CYMA Accounting Software in the late '80s. Referrals from industry partners like Charleen Cullon catapulted us to become one of the top 50 accounting software dealers in the USA. Our commitment to personalized service and technical expertise solidified lasting relationships with clients dating back to the early '90s.
Evolution into Consulting & Managed Services:
Recognizing the need for comprehensive IT support, we expanded into Consulting & Managed Services. This evolution allowed us to offer a full spectrum of services, including network monitoring, security solutions, server support, and custom software development. Valdez leads Corsair USA in providing comprehensive IT solutions, including ADP payroll and HR integration. Max got his start as a young pup, maintaining security for the Valdez family. When the doorbell rings, he’s the first to answer. He’s also the first one in the pool, does a mighty fine belly flop and takes his job quite seriously.
